Fundamentals of Passive House: What is it, Really? A CI-101 Collaborative

This workshop will focus on the integrated team approach by examining the multifamily and townhouse development at 11 Crown Street in Meriden, CT. Discussion will include a general overview of Passive House features and focus on the CHFA process and design considerations. An in-depth look at preconstruction process will address the kickoff meeting, scheduling, staging, testing, and training.
