Join us for our September session as we explore the PH+R=NZE concept with a case study of a large-scale retrofit and new build project in Fitchburg. Under construction now, Moran Square is a mixed-use historic retrofit with a new section of affordable housing units. Heather Clark, from the Rocky Mountain Institute, will walk us through the project. Group discussion and Q&A included.
