Jeremy Latriano CPHC and John Deans from 475 High Performance Building Supply (current BuildGreenCT Steward Sponsor and longtime CTPH supporter) share Passive House insights they learned through the design and construction of their new headquarters in Brooklyn — a retrofit that puts their own products to the test — which is set for dual certification through PHI and Phius.
We’ll see a virtual tour showing the project under construction, then Jeremy and John will share their own perspectives and hang out for questions.
