Last December, Connecticut Passive House (CTPH), Connecticut Green Building Council (CTGBC), and the Living Building Challenge: Connecticut Collaborative (LBC) teamed up for a Holiday Party to benefit the Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County in Bridgeport to provide new homeowners with welcome baskets. Katie Zoppo, CTPH Board member and Volunteer & Community Chair, headed the donations and found a variety of products that are sustainable, at a lower price point, and easy to find.

Keys have been virtually “handed out” throughout the year during virtual home dedication ceremonies. Watch the new homeowners hear from volunteers and get a tour of their new home.
